Hardwall Cleanrooms
Pre-engineered, modular design cleanrooms are cost effective without the inconvenience of conventional “stick-built” construction.
Legend is available with 2” or 3” walls and its non-progressive construction design allows flexibility to expand or change the configuration as needed in the future.The look of Legend reflects the quality of the system. Its clean visually appealing design utilizes aluminum framed wall panels with a durable white finish. Windows are flush mounted and assembled inside our cleanroom for meeting stringent cleanliness requirements. Ceiling and wall panels, framing and ceiling T-bar is pre-cut at our factory for assembly on site, resulting in reduced installation time. A complete set of assembly drawings is provided for the installation. |

Softwall Cleanrooms
We offer both Quick Ship standard designs and custom-engineered built-to-order softwall cleanrooms. We also offer both standard designs and custom-engineered softwall cleanrooms for demanding and unique applications.
Self-contained Flexible Solutions Softwall Cleanrooms are offered in ISO Class 5 through 9, or US Federal Standard 209 Class 100 through 100,000. Standard rooms are equipped with SAM Fan Filter Units for HEPA filtration, lighting, a 4’ strip door, and solid curtain wall panels.
We offer several options including castors, telescoping legs, a variety of curtain choices, and our exclusive state-of-the-art Airlink Control System. Several options are available including casters, telescoping legs, a variety of curtain choices.

Mini Environments
Mini-micro environments isolate areas from various contamination sources and include the volume surrounding equipment and the space from ceiling to floor. A Mini-micro environment encompasses a much smaller area around the process allowing a small volume and proper airflow; totally removing worker contamination from the process. To achieve the desired cleanliness levels, usually Class 1 (ISO 3) or better, and to maintain these levels, requires skills not easily found in most "cleanroom manufacturers". Gaseous ambients such as nitrogen or argon are also allowed. |

Air Showers
Walk Through the Chamber
Air Showers are designed to remove
particulate contamination from
personnel entering a cleanroom. An
individual can stand or walk through
the chamber and be scrubbed by
pressurized air from nozzles at a
minimum velocity of 5000 FPM. Aluminum Frame Doors
Walls are made from composition
board covered with white high
pressure laminate both inside and out.
Doors are made of high quality
anodized aluminum frame with
1/4 inch clear insert and push/pull
hardware. The interlock system allows
only one door at a time to be open. HEPA Filters
Contaminated air is filtered through
secondary filters and HEPA filters
featuring 99.99% efficiency in the
removal of particles to 0.3 microns
in size.
Fluorescent lighting is provided in
the ceiling.
Voltage options are 208-230. 50 or 60
Hz and 440/480 volts, 3 phase, 60 Hz.
Air Showers are shipped disassembled
for on-site assembly. |

Pass Thru Cabinets
Pass Thru Cabinets help control contaminants entering the clean room during pick-up and delivery of products or supplies. Delivery personnel and contaminants remain outside the clean room; therefore yield and productivity is increased because personnel remain clean and on the job.
Standard doors are 1/2” thick clear acrylic with aluminum handles, full length piano hinge, manual interlock, tension catch and are gasketed for positive seal. Doors 30” and wider are equipped with a structural integrity bar. We offer custom designed Pass Thru Cabinets to meet unique requirements. Some of these designs are illustrated on these pages. |
