  • Nitrogen Check: Measures every unit of nitrogen before allowing it to reach your application for an absolute purity guarantee.
  • Nitrogen PDP Sensor: Inspects the quality (moisture level) of the nitrogen to ensure it matches your specifications.
  • Feed Air Check: Continuously monitors the feed air and, if preferred, blocks it from entering the generator when its quality is below standard.
  • Nitrogen Flow Sensor: Provides an indicative measurement of the live nitrogen capacity at the generator's outlet.

Note: NGPs 3 & 5 require 10 Gallon tanks. NGPs 4, 7 & 9 require 20 Gallon tanks. Tanks are not included

    Inlet PDP Sensor:

    The inlet PDP (Pressure Dew Point) sensor on an Atlas Copco NGPs nitrogen generator is an optional feature. Its main function is to measure the pressure dew point of the incoming (feed) compressed air.

    • Feed Air Quality Monitoring: The sensor continuously checks the moisture content in the inlet air.
    • System Protection: By monitoring the inlet dew point, the NGPs can prevent operation under unsuitable conditions.
    • Alarm and Control Integration: The sensor can be integrated into the control system to provide alarms or warnings.

    Outlet PDP Sensor:

    The outlet PDP (Pressure Dew Point) sensor on an Atlas Copco NGPs nitrogen generator is an optional feature that measures the moisture content (dew point) of the produced nitrogen gas at the outlet of the generator.

    • Quality Assurance: The outlet PDP sensor continuously monitors the dew point of the nitrogen gas being delivered to the application.
    • Real-Time Monitoring: The sensor provides real-time dew point data to the controller.
    • Alarms and Warnings: If the outlet dew point rises above acceptable limits, the system can trigger alarms or warnings.
    • Data Logging and Traceability: The measured outlet dew point can be logged for quality assurance and traceability.

    Nitrogen Outlet Flow Monitor:

    The Nitrogen Outlet Flow Monitor on an Atlas Copco NGPs nitrogen generator is an optional feature designed to provide an indicative measurement of the live nitrogen flow rate at the generator's outlet.

    • Live Flow Measurement: It continuously measures the amount of nitrogen being delivered to your application.
    • Display on HMI: The measured flow value is displayed on the HMI (Human-Machine Interface), allowing operators to easily monitor the nitrogen output.
    • Process Monitoring: By tracking the nitrogen flow, you can detect abnormal fluctuations or changes in consumption patterns.
    • Alarm Integration: The system can be set up to trigger alarms if the nitrogen flow rate exceeds or drops below user-defined thresholds.
    • Installation: The flow monitor is delivered as a loose component and should be installed in the nitrogen outlet piping and wired to the controller.

    Oxygen Room Alarm:

    The oxygen room alarm is a safety device designed to continuously monitor the oxygen concentration in the room where your nitrogen generator (such as the Atlas Copco NGPs) is installed.

    • Continuous Monitoring: It measures the ambient oxygen level in the room to detect any deviation.
    • Alarm Activation: If the oxygen level drops below a safe threshold or rises above a set upper limit, the alarm will trigger.
    • Recommended for Ventilated Areas: The alarm helps ensure that the installation area remains safe.
