The 500-11-US five star 5.5" off-set lead forming plier is used to form a single lead on TO-220 style transistor. The lead can be formed 0.100" up or down to "Off-Set" the lead. Great when components are mounted vertically on PC board. It features a molded static dissipative (108 ohms/sq) ergonomic grip with dual leaf springs for smooth action.
